Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Özbey’s practice is located in Türkiye; therefore the processing of your personal data is governed by Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”). Your collected personal data is processed in accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL for the following purposes:

- The health data you enter of your own accord in the contact form, under Article 6 of the PDPL, on the basis of your explicit consent and the condition of “carrying out medical diagnosis, treatment and care services”.

- To request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately;
- To request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in law;
